The 5 positions to be filled

Single-member plurality vote in one round: the three Executive Board posts and the President of the Committee (resolutions R1 and R2 submitted to the 2026 EGM). Eligibility conditions are written in full for each post (resolutions R5 and R9).

Single candidate for a post: the ballot offers “For”, “Against” or blank; the candidate is elected only with more than 50% of the voters for that post. Otherwise the post is declared vacant: the Commission reopens candidacies and holds a new election for that post within 30 days.
